Matt has deep ties to the Pacific Northwest, first living in the Seattle area during his military service and returning in 2013 to build his career and raise his family. He is especially passionate about working with families, military veterans, and professionals navigating major transitions.

He lives with his wife and two daughters and enjoys staying active, golfing, skiing, and traveling, having visited more than 27 countries.
